1920x1080 didn't change anything... aside from making everything else FAT. :-P

Going to try sub's suggestion next. I'll be back after the reboot!

I'm sure it's somehow to do with this, but I'm not sure why exactly. If you temporarily set it to 100%, and reboot, then start NextPVR, does it still have this problem?

Ah-ha! You're right. When I tried it last night I didn't reboot after changing it to 100%, simply restarted NextPVR.

And after seeing it's all good, I switched my scaling back to 150% and it stayed looking right! Unfortunately once I signed out and back in, it's back to being big and left.

So I guess my temporary solution is just to sign in/start up pc at 100%, then change the scaling to 150% so everything works as it had been.
