Can anyone confirm if NextPVR can read Sky NZ LCN tags and TV guide?

Hi

Its been a while since I last tried nextPVR as a replacement to my mediaportal/djblu custom grabber/SkyNZ plugin and I was wondering whether NextPVR was able to add channel numbers correctly on scanning and also pick up the TV guide for Sky in New Zealand? It used to be Hoffman encoded but I'm not sure if the EIT version has the same data as the OpenTV version now?

Does anybody know?

Yes, NextPVR is able to read the Sky LCN numbers. Last time I checked, it was able to read the guide too. I'm not longer using Sky myself - having moved to a combination of Freeview and streaming services such as Netflix.

Sweet cheers, will give it a go. It was one of the reasons I moved from another tv engine to MP was due to DJBlu updating his plugins to support NZ so I could decode not only the TV guide (it was definately OpenTV only) but also as it added the LCNs which MP did not do and still does not unless you're using MPTVE3.5. Really appreciate the reply.
