CDK scheduler and CaptureSource attribute

I will make the modification to the cdk scheduler today and post it.

What about a flag at the top of the priorityrecordings.xml for the default force setting.

Yeah, Probably in the Configuration section so that the user can setup a default behavior. I'd also give them the attribute in the CaptureSource element as well, so that they could over ride the default behavior for a particular show if they wanted too.
