3.9.2 (161119) error in setup, webclients

In the clients section of setup I noticed web clients in the known devices bit. Being curious I had a look - "unhandled exception" - the PCH sections work fine.
"continue" continues, "details" gives this blurb.
I see mention of MVPSkin, so suspect it is a minor problem if at all. Just thought I mention it as I don't recall having seen it reported earlier.

The web client section is broken, they share one section and it doesn't work for me either. There is a global setting to change the skin for all web clients in the General section.
