How to map all EPG to schedules direct?

It only maps the first one manually to get a chance to enter the Schedules Direct username/password for the first time. If you've already done that, you can jump straight to the bulk map step.

Clicking the bulk map button crashes. I have set my first channel to schedules direct. I then click the channel below it and select bulk map. And it crashes. here is the stack trace.
