Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

It looks like not too many are having this issue but I am at the moment. From my log file:

I am also having trouble with one TV channel using the web interface. It has never worked with the modern web interface but it works fine with NPVR client and kodi. I get the same "Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)" message. I checked the ...\web\temp folder and found something there so I attached the file. I recorded a few seconds of this channel with NPVR client and tried watching it from the web interface and the web browser hangs indefinitely displaying "Requesting stream for recording". There was a log file for that as well in the ...\web\temp folder and I attached it. I can play the recording with VLC or NPVR without issues.
