Next PVR doesn't start. Log Files are Empty

I've been using NextPVR for well over a year now. I went to run it this morning, and when clicked on the icon, I saw the Microsoft spinning icon, and then nothing happened. I look at the windows services and it says NextPVR is not running. I tried to run the service and got an error which I've uploaded. I checked the log files, and there is nothing in there. No files at all. Just for fun I did a system restore to a couple days ago, and continue to have the same issue. Uninstalled, and reinstalled NextPVR, and still no luck. Without the log files I am not sure what further information I can give.

This may be more system information than you need, but if I can provide anything else, please let me know.

Perhaps I am looking in the wrong area, but the log file directory seems to empty. I checked for hidden files and there were none. I've attached a screenshot of that I am looking at. C:\user\public\nvr\log. Running Windows 8.1 Is there some please else I should be looking?

Try starting a command prompt, changing to the C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR directory, and running "nrecord.exe RUN" from the command line, and see if it spits out any error messages.

You can also look in the Windows Event Viewer for error messages.

Also check config.xml to see if it is a 0 length. If is is copy config-old.xml if you have one.
