Live TV does not work in Kodi

Recordings work but when I try to watch live TV in Kodi, the status screen shows that it is being sent but the computer with Kodi on it just spins the wait symbol. I am using Kodi 17.1 on a windows 10 machine with the NPVR server on a windows 7 machine. Attached are the log files from the server.

Is T: a local drive on the machine, or some network share? Does the T:\zzz directory exist, and does the recording service have access to write to that directory?

T is the shared drive on the TV Server box. NVPR writes to it to record the tv shows. And I just realized I forgot to create the zzz folder so 'me bad'. I feel like an idiot. Thanks so much for catching my mistake. All works great now like it should.
