Error when trying to see Guide

I just signed up for Subscriptions direct so I am on their free 7 day trial.
I found all my channels when scanning, updated the EPG, which seemed successful.
Then when I get to TV Guide I always get the error I attached.

I get the error below when I try to look at the TV Guide inside NextPVR, what am I doing wrong or missing?

It looks like you've upgraded from an early version, but it's failed to replace one of the DLLs.

Use the 'Stop NPVR Service' shortcut, then rerun the installer.
