Updated/corrected ini file for various transmitters in UK

There are a few new ones for the Anglia region (renamed "Sudbury A+B" to "Sudbury") and new versions of existing ones sent over the past couple of days so as to order the multiplexes in the conventional order for ease of future maintenance.

Delete duplicate "UK - Rowridge" which was missing the region name Meridian: new file is "UK - Meridian - Rowridge" which replaces the existing one.

I'll work on the rest of the files over the next few days, putting the multiplexes in conventional order (PSB1, PSB2, PSB3, COM4, ..., COM8, local) and making corrections if necessary, and I'll send them in batches.

Here are most of the Borders transmitters. Some have been omitted because they have not changed, and others have been renamed because of typos in the transmitter name:

delete "Border - Sedburgh": corrected typo to "Sedbergh"

delete "Border - Caldbeck": renamed to "Caldbeck (English)" so English and Scottish variants of channels are treated the same, ie both with qualification (avoids any accusations of favouritism!)

delete "Border - Revesntonedale": corrected typo to "Ravenstonedale"

delete "Border - Kirkudbright": corrected typo to "Kirkcudbright" (incidentally, this name is pronounced KirCOObree: weird Scottish pronunciations!)

delete "Border - Stanraer": corrected typo to "Stranraer"
