Updated/corrected ini file for various transmitters in UK - Granada - part 1

Delete "Waltom le Dale" - corrected typo to "Walton le Dale"

Delete "Storeton" - split into English and Welsh versions (as for Caldbeck) because it's one transmitter that broadcasts two versions of some of the multiplexes

Ah, just spotted some cases where the filename doesn't quite match the name within it. Not sure whether it matters. But just in case, here are the renamed files. Delete "Granada - Austwick", "Granada - Laxey" and "Granada - Port St Mary" (each with two spaces after hyphen, though forum posting has changed it to one space).
