NPVR HDHR Prime Scan Issues

Hey Sub,
I am installing NPVR on a new Windows 10 box and I cannot get the channels to scan. Its a fresh install, firewall is disabled and MalwareBytes is stopped.

I've attached the logs, but the main issue I think is it cant get the XML channel lineup

Edit: Im running 4.0.4.170820 with 8/15/2017 HDHR software. I've done a full scan on HDHR just fine, but NPVR cannot get the channels.

Edit 2: And if I click the link (http://192.168.86.11/lineup.xml?show=unprotected) I get the resulting output in Chrome...

Okay, If I install the older version 3.9.2.161119 it is able to scan just fine...

Annoyingly it seems to load that lineup ok here.

Can you try again with this version, then post the npvr.log? I've added some logging to tell me more.

Can you let me know if this patch helps? I have a hunch it might be related to a problem I fixed elsewhere. If this doesn't help, I'll give you another patch with more logging.
