The streams inside that file appear to be encrypted. Are you saying it plays in live tv?

So I found there was no problem codec. Problem CAM. Can the nextpvr decode? My Ci module is conax. Will somebody help me?

NextPVR is unable to use a cam module on a Technisat device, so not able to decrypt these channels.
