Weather plugin request

Could the weather plugin be made NOT to download it's info, before gbpvr opens? It seriously increases the time involved, especially if the internet is at peak, or for someone on dialup.
It would be nice if it worked like the old version, which only downloaded and displayed the info AFTER one had gone into the actual plugin.

Sure; I will add a check box to the config screen to make loading on startup optional.
