"Flashing" white blocks at bottom of OSD in 4.0.5

I'm getting some "flashing" white blocks at the bottom of the OSD in 4.0.5 (running on Win10 Pro, Intel Kaby Lake chipset). Choice of decoder doesn't change behavior.

I do remember a thread where others had this same issue. I can't remember how they fixed it - it was either an updated video card driver, or changing a video driver setting.

Yep, you're right! Can't believe I missed it when I searched earlier.
