That channel is encrypted, which explains why you can't see it.

Try a regular channel, like BBC1.

...or it could be super bad reception (since the error indicator is also set on these packets)

Does the device work in the software that came with the device? ie, proving the device itself, and signal are fine.

I'm leaning towards signal. I suggest trying it in the software that came with the device.

If you want to do a channel scan, then post the npvr.log, we'll check how your signal strength looks.
