I have performed the 4 tuner test you requested.
Tuner 1 was providing live TV to a Kodi device.
The remaining 3 tuners were available.
I activated quick recordings from the nextPVR menu on the back end server and the recordings took place with no problem.
In fact, the live TV service involving Tuner 1 was not disrupted as I initiated recordings.
So the question is, why did my tuner that was assigned to Kodi for live TV last night hijacked?
I've attached the zipped log files using the "zip my log files" button in settings.
I had to split it into two files because the original log file was larger than the maximum limit.
