I am experiencing a similar error message situation to several of those already posted on this board. I am running NPVR using the following:
Windows 10 64-bit with i7 CPU, and plenty of memory and disk capacity
NPVR 4.1.0 (180302)
IPTV Device ONLY - no other capture devices
No patches applied
I am using the URLs supplied by my IPTV provider, and the channel list and EPG are being downloaded and appear to be set up correctly. When I tried to select a channel for viewing/DVR, I get this error message:
Unable to find available capture device
(The remote server returned an error404) Not Found.)
Sometimes the error message is "Not Authorized" or some similar error report. This error condition appeared soon after I extended my subscription, and there was some issues with the configuration of my account at that time. I worked through those issues with their technical support, and am now able to use the streams successfully on all of the products I am testing except NPVR. I like the product and its capabilities, but I need to be able to get past these errors for my test results to be successfully reported.
What I have done so far includes:
1. Removed NPVR from my system, deleted the NPVR config directory, cleaned the registry, and reinstalled. No help, the situation reoccurred.
2. Installed on several other windows machines that never had NPVR on them before.....Same Results.
3. Deleted the channel list several times in Channels, and loaded them up again from the URLs we used to troubleshoot the issues we were having with all of the other IPTV viewers. No help.
4. Installed earlier versions of NPVR (4.0.4 & 4.0.5) and followed the guidelines for replacing the NShared.dll in ..web\bin as posted earlier here
5. Sent an email request to my IPTV support group to check any configuration issues on the server side that might cause these types of results
My best guess at this point is that the solution will involve some modifications to the NShared.dll or some type of User Agent fix in a configuration file similar to those posted here in the past, but I don't have the technical knowledge and experience to track those down, if that is what is wrong. HELP?!

You'll need to post the logs, so I've got something more to go on.
I tried to attach a 7z file with the log directory in it to the original post, and was not successful. I'll try again on this post. I didn't think the log listings gave you much to go on, but here they are.
The logs absolutely have all the useful info. Unfortunately your 7z is missing files.
Can you try watching a channel, then go to the Settings->About screen, and click the "zip my log files and show me where they are" button, then post that set of logs?
Can you see if replacing your existing NShared.dll with this new version helps? It has an attempt at a work around for some slightly different behavior this IPTV provider started recently.

Since lm32692 said he is a "newbie"...
You will need to go to the "Stop NextPVR Service" Windows menu item. (Sorry, I'm away from home, and don't recall the exact name of the menu command.
Then put the NShared.dll file from sub's post into the C:\Program Files\NPVR folder (or if you're running a 64-bit version of Windows, the C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR folder).
Then use the "Start NextPVR Service" menu item to restart.
