"You can try creating a c:\temp directory, and setting the following registry setting: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Wow6432Node\NPVR\LogNetPush=2 (DWORD)" I dont't see LogNetPush in NPVR. So do I create New DWORD?

Yes, you need to create it. It's not there on a standard install. The type needs to be DWORD.

OK, here are (2) TS files recorded. They look pretty good.
NetPush file link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rzn7r7i1j4wk0b...0.txt?dl=0 (2) TS files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g9ei3nmscuygipv/NPVR1.ts?dl=0 , 11:44 lomg https://www.dropbox.com/s/k37un2uendkuj5o/NPVR2.ts?dl=0 , 4:13 long I spoke of LIVE stream vs pre-recorded video before. These are from pre-recorded re-broadcast of earlier LIVE shows. ESPN Sports Center shows repeat many times a day. Maybe that's why they look pretty good now. I will record LIVE stream shows and share later.

Can you guess how VDH is able to extract URL (can't play in VLC)? These URLs are sometimes LIVE games which is amazing. NO downloader can download LIVE stream, except VDH, as far as I know. It's same (say..) ESPN LIVE game. But when played thru website I use, VDH find URL and download it. BUt not always good file like NPVR or VLC. And how is this URL different than URL I am using for IPTV now?

Thanks - both of those netpush logs confirm that the connection to the server is dropping and having to be reconnected. It looks like when this happens, your host is sending a bit of buffered content, so you effectively end up with some repeated content.
It might be worth seeing if your IPTV provider has hls .m3u8 versions of their streams (most do), since this works differently and doesn't use a long lived connection. I suspect it may recover better from these types of connection issues.

Hi, I use HLS streams and have the same problem, loops after around 10 seconds, maybe 25 seconds if you are lucky. I have also tried with RTMP streams and get the same behaviour. I have tried another PVR program and it doesn't have this issue. Thanks |
