Hi,

I just downloaded the new version 4.1.1.

I am using an IPTV service - I clicked on Live TV tab and a window popped up with the message "Sorry, no tuner available" - I do not recall I had this problem before downloading the new version.

I have no problem watching the IPTV channels while I am in TV Guide, but no success when on Live TV tab.

Appreciate any help.

You'd need to post the logs so I can check. I'm not aware of any IPTV issues in the current release though.

What do you mean? What is the Live TV tab? do you mean clicking the 'Live TV' button on the main menu? It calls the runs the exact same thing as watching a channel in the TV Guide, but is attempting to watch the last channel you watched.

If you watch from the tv guide, then stop, then click 'Live TV', it should go back to watching that same channel.

Got it... I had to "Stop NPVR" and then start it again.

Now everything works good.

When I am recording a channel, can I still watch that channel?

What does it mean when the "n" logo in the tray (hidden icons) is in red color?

"It depends" - if you are recording and watching live then this may count as two connections to your provider and you may be limited.
If you are recording but watching the recordedfile at the same time then it would only be one connection.

As martint123 said, yes, but it will count as two connections to your IPTV provider (unless you just playing the recording instead of trying to watch live)
