The times in your logs do not match at all. I do see the NextPVR/Kodi timeshift bug log messages which I know reqiures a service restart to get Kodi working again but the cause isn't clear. It is odd that NextPVR is trying multi-rec on an http stream that is returning 403. the bigger problem is that the IPTV provider is giving you that 403 in the first place.

Make sure that you are using valid IPTV URL's and that time on all your boxes are set correctly for future logging. If the URL's work inother apps you need sub's help.

Just froze again. Enclosed are the logs. I also noticed that in the status window Nextpvr does not always release a IPTV channel. The channels just keep adding up in the status window.

P.s I set up a second Nextpvr to use as a client and cannot get it to talk to the Nextpvr server. The server is on a win 10 machine with a static IP address. The client is on a win 7 machine. I used all default folders when installing both the server and client. Please Help.

On the Settings->Devices screen, you need to tick the 'Act as client PC' check box, and enter the ip address of the server, and the share name you can used to find the npvr.db3 file on the server.

Ok, I did all this. My server is on 192.168.1.77. Then I input for database share I put C:\Users\Public\NPVR which is from the server. It does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you haven't setup a share correctly on the server. Usually on the client the database share would be something like \\server\sharename and if you enter that same path into Windows Explorer on the client machine, you should see the files on the server, including the npvr.db3.

ie, the client needs to be able to open the npvr.db3 file, and you're telling it where to find it with this setting.
