MissingTVGuideInfo of 2 Digit Chans Listed as 4.1/4.2 Error, Now Correct as 5.1/5.2

Missing ASTC TV Guide information for 2 Digital Channels that were originally incorrectly listed as 4.1 and 4.2, and are now correctly listed as 5.1 and 5.2, but have no TV guide program information/details; please advise on how to fix; thank you!

What EPG source are you using? If the DVB/ATSC EPG, you might need to delete those two channels and rescan, then hit the 'update EPG' button.

Sorry, but no Source Listed in for any of the channels, but EPG = DVB/ATSC EPG. I am trying to use the default NPVR ATSC EPG. I would use a better one if free. I did use Schedules Direct (SD) for a week, but did not want to pay for it. I coded a zip code for stations with SD, but not when I attempted to go back to the default ATSC EPG. I am using a Hauppauge tuner and software!

I deleted the channels 5.1 and 5.2; they did not reappear after updating EPG; thank you for your help!

It sounds like you missed the step where I said you need to rescan for channels.

Did you mean a scan doesn't find 5.1 or 5.2? If not, do you still get them in the Hauppauge software?

I am getting digital channel 5.1 now. I originally scheduled recordings with schedules direct; do I need to reschedule with DVB/ATSC EPG? Thanks for all of your great help!

Yeah, since you'd deleted the channel, it'd be worth deleting any recordings for that channel and recreating them. (they might of worked without that, but not 100% sure)
