Live TV jittery but not on all channels

Hello everyone,
Recently I have been having my IP TV channels come thru a bit jittery. I can record the channel and then play it back fine. I have enclosed the logs from Nextpvr but am unable to post the kodi logs. The jittery video happened before 5pm tonight. I am using Kodi 17.6 Perhaps someone can direct me in the right direction to properly activate the kodi logs?

That is a standard Kodi log you need to turn on debug logging. In this case I see you watching live TV on a program you are also recording. Perhaps that causes some buffer issues on your system.

It has been doing that even if i was not recording and watching at the same time.
