web configuration error

Win10 working with NextPVR and Kodi. I was trying to get NextPvr going on a 'client' computer.' I was having some difficulty getting the channel logos, and at some point I tripped some configuration error. My OTA channels play through the host computer through both Kodi/NextPvr but in trying 127.0.0.1:8866 on the host computer, I get a configuration error.

Wanted to see if I should be looking to delete the temp ASP.NET Files\root folder??
& Possibly reinstall nextpvr?

If you update to 4.2 the temp files should get cleared out by the installer
