I have seen a couple of VOD streams that don't use H.264 for their video, and this can lead to a black screen with audio.

Nope, haven't looked at it.

You'd need to send me another download link for you npvr.db3 file. I don't have it anymore and your previous link no longer works.

Great thanks mvallevand. I will do, perhaps this is why I'm unable to get uk channels via live IPTV . I keep getting an error saying unable to to find available capture device

i am now getting an error when selecting live uk iptv channels (unable to find available capture device ) also with free sat im getting laggy/blocky picture even sometimes shut npvr down. would you be able to tell why this is happening by looking at my logs ?
