NextPVR Addon 3.3.11 on Kodi Leia 18.0 RC5 Pausing and Buffering

Do you remember how long you paused for? Also it is very easy in Kodi to have that problem if you skip to close to the newest part of the file

I did not pause at all...from the very beginning, PVR manager startup was very slow, channel was very slow to begin, and it begun with bufffering...
I saw in the logs various network errors....it seems that this setting severly affected the network operation and introduced a lot of timeouts, which is really weird...

Do you use the sql server option for Kodi's database.

Yes, I am using MySQL 8.0 for Kodi Database...(videos and music)
But not for PVR...is there an option to use database for PVR as well?

It wouldn't make sense to use the database with the current design but I think it is related to The problem. Your OT post confused me bit
