WinTV DCR-3250 Not Shown in Setting>Devices

Fresh install of latest NextPVR (4.2.4) with new Hauppauge WinTV DCR-3250 Cablecard Receiver on Windows 7 Pro 64bit system. Tuner paired with cable provider. Wintv web page (192.168.1.89) shows channels detected. Live TV/ Record works in Windows Media Center. But NextPVR does not detect receiver in setting>devices. Disabled Comodo firewall > no change. Network setup as Home Network.

Any suggestions for things to check? Logs attached.

It needs to have hdhomerun_config.exe on the machine. Install http://download.silicondust.com/hdhomeru...indows.exe
