Hi there and sorry if I look like complete ignorant (I am in fact) of this software.
My TV Tuner is pretty old and I don't have original discs or software for it.
Anyway, I managed to download latest drivers for it. Based on win properties, it is something like dvb-t2 itetech af9015 bda device.

I installed NextPVR software in order to watch live TV, but I always get black screen.
I downloaded LAV decoders just in case it was a decoder missing issue or something, but with no luck.
I've attached a log file, shopefully you will find out what is happening here.

That tuner was subject of problems many years ago https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...r-channels and this line is not promising

I used to have an AF9015 device ... I stopped using it years ago because the drivers were not getting updated and the device stopped working.

My TV tuner is internal, not USB, but I guess it's, in the end, the same model O_o
As I said, my HTPC is pretty old (from 2007), and it's finishing its product life, so probably I will buy a new one and, thus, new TV tuner also.
Do you have an idea of another reason for NextPVR not been able to find the device?

Nope.

As I said, my HTPC is pretty old (from 2007), and it's finishing its product life, so probably I will buy a new one and, thus, new TV tuner also.

You might be able to get a result with a new tuner rather than a whole new computer. Many of us use Hauppage tuner devices.
