NVPR not responding at all

I'm running Nextpvr on a dedicated server. For some reason it's stopped working altogether. Tried rebooting the NPVR server, Shield TV client and router. All connections are hardwired via gigabit ethernet. I've attached the log files. Any idea what's going on here?

Can you clarify what is working and what is not? Whats the OS? Can you get into settings? In settings, have you successfully set up devices? Does the NextPVR client open successfully? Is whats not really working just that scheduled recordings aren't recording? Can you use another client, other than NextPVR, to access channels via that same computer?
