NextPVR v4 Not recognizing Kworld Analog Tuner

Windows 10 computer running NextPVR 4.2.4 is not recognizing Kworld analog tuner, even after installing Hauppauge WinTV7. (Win TV8 would not install correctly.) After clicking "Devices" within NextPVR settings, no ATSC device is recognized.

The same version of NextPVR 4.2.4, running on another windows 10 computer, successfully recognizes the same KWorld analog tuner.

Logs from both computers are attached.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

The WinTV 7 software does run as an independent program (although doesn't successfully use the tuner). Any advice on how to get the WinTV 7 components properly installed?

Nope - I've never done it with anything but a Hauppauge tuner installed.

Maybe use the forum search to look for 'softpvr' to see if anything useful pops up.

On the computer that NextPVR works, I believe we installed different software for analog ATSC support, not WinTV. It was following NextPVR instructions at the time, about 3-4 years ago. Can you tell from the Log file what supplemental software is being used?

It requires SoftPVR, which is installed as part of WinTV 7 or WinTV 8.
