EPG to XML or other format

Hi, I'm new here but I use npvr for years.
My question is:
Is there a way to convert c:\users\public\npvr\npvr.db3 to some xml or csv with just ...
channel name, programme title, start time, end time, description
so I can read the resulting file somewhere else?
Much appreciated any kind of help.

There is nothing that is built-in that'll do that for you.

It's SQLite database file though, and heaps of tools exist to read data from it. I'm sure some of those could easily be used to make a csv etc.
