shspvr, from what I can tell, your screenshots of Plex web browser and Emby web browser look pretty damn similar font sizes to NextPVR. If there is anything in difference, it's only slight bigger (like 16pt instead of 14pt)

That font size doesn't look too much different. Maybe a smidgen bigger. I'll try lightening up the text though, to see if that helps.

I'm not sure where you get the 'less brown' from. It might be an optical illusion. They're all grays. ie, RGB numbers like #222222 and #888888 etc. no red or other

To try it white, you can edit local.css and add this at the end of the file:

Yeah so font size is looking pretty similar. Both Plex and Emby have spread things out more though, and have a better contrast on the text, so it's more easily read. You can try my suggestion above to try an white (which looks a bit too bright in places, so probably needs something a little less white)

I'll try spreading the timeline out a bit further.

FYI, not that I've spent any time testing them, but you can different color schemes from https://bootswatch.com/. You basically download the bootstrap.min.css for a theme, and overwrite NextPVR's existing file of the same name.

For example.... (some pages would need tweaks to make them look have decent with a different theme though)

That much better with white but still need bold to one size up from what you have now
See how you actually see the NBC HD letter in logo show up Plex there it White where Emby is black unlike NextPVR logo but doesn't display right
I add logo it not only one that dose this there other that come out wrong too
