Disappearing mouse cursor

After upgrading to 0.93.10, I noticed that my mouse cursor keeps disappearing. I'm using dual monitors, with GB-PVR on one display, while I work on the other.

While GB-PVR is running, my mouse pointer will just disappear. When I move the mouse over to the second display where GB-PVR is running, the cursor re-appears and I'm able to use it again for a few seconds until it disappears again.

GB-PVR has always done this. If its the active app, and you dont move the mouse for a few seconds it'll hide the mouse. This is normal.
