You may not have changed each channel. I've tried to stop replying to support posts without logs because the answer is usually there this is the last one for you from me.

You mean in EPG settings ? If yes, i checked each channel after i changed my xml file, then i updated EPG.

Thanks again for your help

Did you check to make sure that the epg.xml file that your batch file creates is correct? If so maybe zip and upload it for sub.

I just checked that my batch download the new xml file i found on the web : it does.

Is the xml file entirely ok ? I don't know, but it seems it have the good "episode number" info; for instance :
Code:
<episode-num system="xmltv_ns">11.9.</episode-num>

I upload it.

The example you gave was for a recording in Kodi. What does it look like in NextPVR and do new shows in the guide look ok? You might need to do a pvr database clear in Kodi

I think i cleared kodi guide database after i changed my xml file but to be sure i just did it again.

I've attached an updated NShared.dll that will stop it loading these weird season-only numbers from your guide. (this patch will make no difference to shows already recorded)

Thanks Smile

I installed this dll. To be continued.

Is it an issue caused by my xml files (old and/or new) ?

With this new dll, will i have the good numbers or not numbers at all ?

Yes, your xmltv file had weird season/episode info, where it was only providing the season number, and the episode number was defaulting to '1'.

This new dll will ignore the season/episode info unless it provide both season and episode.

This DLL wont make any difference to data already in your system (like in recordings etc). This is only a change when reading your xmltv file.

Hi Smile

sub Wrote:Yes, your xmltv file had weird season/episode info, where it was only providing the season number, and the episode number was defaulting to '1'.

Did you see that i have a new xml file (from other source) since 2019-09-10 which seems to have good episode numbers, but i'm having the same issue ?

sub Wrote:This new dll will ignore the season/episode info unless it provide both season and episode.

Ok. I installed it (i had to stop NPVR service to do that then restart it).

Ok. So if i'm right, as i have an auto update EPG every night, next recordings should be good...

But they doesn't seems to : i had a new record last evening and it has the bad number :

Pending recordings doesn't seems to be better :

So i have a new xml file with good episodes numbers and the new dll file to ignore season and episodes numbers when they are missing... but i have always theses bad numbers on my recordings.
What happen ?

Thanks
