Live TV with Kodi

With v5 recently I am not able to watch live TV with Kodi from a remote PC (connected to wired 1G LAN) for long before it buffers frequently and becomes un-watchable. Streaming recordings doesn't seem to be a problem. I monitored the CPU on the server and the load was well under 10% so I don't think what was the issue. Although the CPU is a gen 1 I3 Cor 2 Duo and somewhat dated. I included the NPVR and Kodi logs. Hopefully logs will show the progression to severe buffering before I stopped it.

I also tried VLC and it does not play Live TV well either.

Actually, I think this may have been the problem. I copied all the v5 files to my newer i7-6700 Dell PC and it seems all my live TV streaming issues are cured So far v4 and v5 are happily co-existing on the same machine.
