Hi, would any body be able to help me find out why i get this error on itv hd / bbc2 hd free sat channels, they work fine with v4. Please see attached logs.

In the device.log, I see this for C4 ...

The quality=0 probably indicates a tuning issue ... though C4 and BBC2 are on the same frequency/mux so they should either both work or both not work.

I suggest a rescan for channels.

okay, so i have done a re scan. still no joy!

all the mentioned channels work perfectly with npvr v4. I have even copied the db3 file from v4, still no success.

on npvr v5: c4 and bbc 2 work fine and itv hd and bbc2 hd don’t work at all. still get the same error. see atached logs

solved, i had copied a dvb s2 tuner epg config to dvb s tuner !
