iOS app Audio but not video

On my iOS app on my iPad, I get audio but no video (both live and recorded don’t come through)

Are you using DirectPlay, and does make any different what it is set to?

I’m not sure what that means. Where do I check whether I’m using directplay. NextPVR works fine on my Windows 10 system.

In the iOS app, on the Settings tab.
