Hi everyone. I've been using GBPVR for a few months now and I find it that it fits my needs very well. Great job, Sub, and all those that may have helped/contributed to the project!
My wish is to simply add a "watch channel" funtionality to GBPVR if the show has not started yet. That way, when it's 8:59PM, you don't have to go back and select the show that's just about to end, in the guide, in order to get the "watch" button. I'm sorry in advance if this is an old request, but i looked around and didn't see anything.

Thanks and keep up the good work!!

Just do a live TV and you can watch to your hearts content. I dont think you can do what you ask.

I'll tag along this thread for my wishlist, as I second the need to have a quick "watch channel" option.
Although from the guide, I think if you press the play button, and it works, it should be enough

What I'm missing

- a way to quickly record a show you're watching in live TV. Press the record button, and the same menu pops up that when you press enter on the guide. Another otion is that is would automatically launch a "quick record" of the current show.

- a way to quickly stop recording a show. Wether you launched it with the method I suggested above, or you're watching a show that's currently recording because you have no tuner left, pressing record pops up a menu saying the show is already recording, and do I want to abort recording or not

- better integrations between plugins. Exemples of what I mean:
1) I like Video Archive to see what shows I have to watch, but I use the CDK to schedule shows. It would be good to have at least a "Seen It" button in the pending recording shows of the Video Archive Panel.
2) when you delete a show that hasn't been watched, wether it's in Xrecord or VideoArchive, have it removed from the rectracker DB automatically, so that it's re-recorded the next time it airs
3) have Xrecord look in the VideoArchiveDB for shows that might have been moved from one location to the other. I have problems with my PVR removing the shows from the gbpvr.mdb because from time to time, my server where I store the MPEGs is unreachable, and only VideoArchive keeps the shows in its DB.

- Both in Xrecord, Xguide and VideoArchive, I'd like to see both a "Seen It" and "Not Seen It" button. That controls wether the show goes/stays into rectracker.mdb or not.
For exemple, sometimes, in the guide, I might see an episode of a show that I want to see again. Just click "not seen it", and it'll enter the CDK at the next run.
Or I am browsing my VideoArchive, and start watching a show, but it hasn't been recorded completely (because of a network error, or power outage on the PVR, etc...) back to video archive, I click "Not Seen It", then I delete the file, it'll be recorded again at next showing.

- I'd like an option for the regular guide and Xguide to show the channel numbers next to the logos or not.

- I'd like an option for the regular guide and Xguide to start at the current half hour, and not the current hour. It's very annoying to launch the guide, and the first shows on it can't be watched, cause it's 2:31 and the guide hasn't switched to start at 2:30 in its first collumn

- I'd like an option for the OSD guide (the one that overlays when you're watching live TV) to display from 1 to 4 channels. 2 channels isn't enough IMHO, and I wouldn't mind a slightly bigger overlay (or smaller lines in the guide) to see 3 or 4 channel lines

There, I think that's all that struck me as missing so far...
