Reset PC and now NPVR does not recognize any devices

Hello,

I reset my PC and reinstalled everything, including NPVR N5. I tried to re-copy the NPVR and npvr-data directories and re-run it but it shows all my devices as unavailable.
At that point in time, I deleted NPVR and npvr-data directory, deleted the services, restarted windows and reinstalled NPVR 5 from scratch.
Now when running NextPVRServer.exe it errors out and there are no devices any more for scanning.
Note that drivers and WinTV 8.5 was reinstalled and WinTV application succesfully found the devices and scanned them.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Managed to solve it....out of the sudden it started working after I installed Intel Hd updated drivers....(but does not make much sense....)

I suspect NextPVR was coming up before the network where we have seen similar errors.
