A big improvement with channels found on all Transponders but not 100% of channels on all!
In log time 2247 Frequency 10773 it found 1 channel instead of about 9. The rest look about right numbers but not obviously a low number.
In log time 2301 Frequency 10906 it found 1 channel instead of about 10 and Frequency 10936 found 3 channels instead of about 8.
Also after the scan click "Save" and decline EPG scan no channels listed on the left or at the top. However the device which did the scan does list the number of channels.

Just focusing on that channel for now, do you get the same result on that frequency if you scan again?
If it's consistently having issues capturing from that frequency, I may need to give you instructions to capture a sample transport stream, so I try reproducing it here, to see what it doesn't like about the stream.
If you look at the second log of a later scan you will see that Frequency 10773 this time had what looks like a full scan probably finding all channels on the transponder but frequencies 10906 & 10936 had missing channels this time. So each scan appears to give different results missing different channels.

I did some tests today with Minisatip and a DVB-T tuner but it seems very temperamental! V5 finds channels only on 530 MHZ mux if its first in the list as it is in the ini tuning file for my area. If I reorder the file in frequency order no channels are found. However watching Minisatip output you can see numerous blocks of channels found but NextPVR does not detect these.
I hoped DVB-T SAT>IP scans with Minisatip may help getting the Digibit R1 working but seems to confuse the problem!!

Probably just worth focusing on one or other at the moment. Switching between them just confuses matters.

On those scans that don't find all the channels on 10773, do you get the [PAT] [PMT] etc showing?
Might be worth making an .ini file with maybe two frequencies, with 10773 as the second frequency, so we can more easily test this same scan over and over.
Ultimately, I'm trying to cut out noise of other stuff, and focus on that to determine if it's getting data from the new frequency, and if it's not parsing something correctly. (in which case I'm gonna need to get an example full ts from you, so I can use my signal generator here)

Are you able to capture like 20 seconds of full transport stream from 10758, and put it somewhere like dropbox/onedrive for me to download? I'm got to have to look at the stream.
