Analogue Tuner and Input

I going to setup on my analogue tuner on channel 4 for cable box but come find NextPVR doesn't give me any option only Digital ATSC and ClearQAM with both HVR 2250 and 1800 not even S/Video or Composite showup

For analog in v4, you'll need to have WinTV 7 or above installed. It reuses the Mainconcept video encoder, audio encoder and multiplexer directshow filters that were installed with WinTV.
