If you go into the Settings->Channels screen, and click the spanner next to RTÉ2, temporarily rename it to RTE2, does it make any difference?

Wow, yes that seems to have fixed it. Something so simple!

It did need the updated NPVRTSMon.ax as well.

I thought that would have been enough, but there seems to be a slight difference in the way the C# and C++ code are handling that hashing a string with that character.

Well I can just leave them without it, I will keep a copy of NPVRTSMon.ax backed up just in case.
