If the jar file is changed you need to restart the opendct service and then send the NextPVR logs and the opendct log and I will have a look later about to turn on airplane mode.

I don't see the the opendct log. Also I don't use NextPVR.exe but it might be using the wrong decoder it thinks it is a 4121. Can you try a smarter client like Kodi?

Ok I screwed up my sample upload since I have to fake opendct.bat file for testing to add a minor number because sub doesn't pass it as part of channel. NextPVR is correctly seending channel 709 being but opendct is getting 709.1.

Edit Opendct.bat and remove the .1 after %1
