KODI NPVR Addon misbehaving

Here is the file that it says it is missing. Located at NPVR folder:

Unable to post image. Says it has too many Characters. So attached image of "Properties" of missing SQLITE.INTEROP.DLL

Reran the NPVR Installation .EXE downloaded yesterday from NPVR again.

Clicked on your link. Same error message as before.

Ok, I am not sure how the folder corrupted but stop the NextPVR service, delete

C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\Bin

and restart the service.

Okay, Stopped NPVR Recording Services.

Deleted C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\Bin

Restarted NPVR Recording Services.

Clicked on your link and now the error I get is Firefox is unable to connect to the Server.


Kodi is unable to load the NPVR Addon.

Should I run the NPVR installation file again on top of the current installation?

Yes you probably need to rerun the installer.

Okay, I got your link to work. I had a very old backup copy of my NPVR Folder. So I copied the "BIN" that I deleted from the current Web folder and copied it there where "Bin" was missing.

Stopped and restarted NPVR Recording Services.

Clicked on your link and NPVR Webpage came up with my Recorded TV Shows.


Started KODI and click on one of my TV Shows. Started advancing and going backwards through the entire video. No more stalling or pausing. Seems to be working again. At least for the moment.


For your information only: I have attached the BIN folder (zipped to be able to upload it) from my older previous copy of NVPR Folder in case you are interested in seeing what versions and dates of the files inside it.

I would have gone with rerunning the installer. I expect Kodi deletes will work better now.

Martin, Thank you very much for your help. 

I learned quite a bit now about NVPR.

In the Future I will delete the "Bin" file in NPVR Folder and rerun the NPVR Installation file again to recreate the new "Bin" folder in NVPR Folder if I start having issues with Kodi NPVR addon.

Sincerely Thanks again. You can close the thread. I will open a new thread if Kodi starts acting up again. I mean the NPVR Addon but after doing what you have shown me to do first.

v5 avoids the web\bin folder and .NET folder corruption. If it happens again, just upgrade.

Hopefully by that time Version 5 will have a self installing .EXE instead of manually installing it at the moment. 

The moment version 5 comes out with a .EXE installation I will immediately install it.
