Hello,

Nothing is being saved that I have scheduled to be recorded.

I have the media folders setup, but nothing is stored/saved/

Please advise.

Nothing uploaded either. You need to attach your zipped logs from the Settings screen if you want help

Do you see recordings scheduled in the browsers? I don't see any attempt to save a recording in that log

Hello,

I only see four (4) videos recorded.  The ones that I placed on a schedule (two (2) for a schedule) to be recorded the same time/day each week did not get recorded.

Is there a way to force the videos to be saved in a predefined place ?  I did that in setting, but it seems the videos are going to C:\Users\Public\Videos\ instead

If you're missing a specific recording, you'd need to tell us the name, and the time it was due to record, so I know where to look in your logs.

The recordings are sent to whatever 'Recording Directory' you've got set in Settings->General.

I think I found my issue regarding the stored location.  I made the change via the NPVR.exe client (running on the same server).  I updated it via the web browser, it should work now.
I'll wait and see.

That's a future recording, so it hasn't failed or succeeded at this stage, so nothing to look into for that one.
