It'll be in whatever utility (zap2xml.exe_ you're using to make this xmltv file. It may have command line parameters or a config file which affects this.

This is due to your channels having more than one display name, and it not knowing which one to show. Usually an xmltv file would only have one display-name per channel. That said, NextPVR v5 handles this scenario much better and will give you the names you'd expect.

This is weird.  The first time I imported the EPG I had numbers as in the pic I sent.  The second time I had the channel names and numbers.  and now the third time I am back to just numbers.  I do not know what I did different in running the epg.

Any Thoughts?

There might not be much you can do about it with v4, unless zap2xml.exe has options for what display-names it includes.

In v5, it'll get the correct names for you.

I figured out the timing issue so that is fixed. Like I said I had the name and channel number correct for one of the downloads so I must have input the string differently for that download. I will fiddle with it some more. Thank you for taking the time to look for me.
P.S If someone else has any thoughts I am all ears.
