Yes, and the last line says "installing files", but I waited more than 10 mins and it didn't change.

Same problem here for Win 8.1 x64.

Is your virus scan blocking Internet downloads from other apps?

Turned off firewall, Defender and SmartScreen, same problem and there is the zip in AppData\Local\Temp.
Does not create Program Files directory

Did you get prompted to run elevated and are the EXE or ZIP files blocked? You might need to go to explorer and right click the file to unblock it

No prompts to elevate and no option to unblock. Tried running as admin, no luck it just hangs on Installing files.
