I made the source link here https://github.com/emveepee/NLite-for-NextPVR and was hoping that someone who was willing and actually used would make the extra steps to provide regular compiled builds. It is very good but like any application it needs support, testing and potentially improvements. With security vulnerabilities in several recent versions of VLC I felt it was better to find ongoing then leaving an app with these hole on a system.

I already support UI client (the same interface) in Kodi with knewc which is a little more complete anyway but I know you hate Kodi for some unknown reason.

Thanks.  After I posted ... I found ... https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59473 ... I haven't had time to do a proper test.

I'm not likely to have the time to compile and text the source on Github anytime soon.

I don't hate Kodi.  The NextPVR add-on looks good and works well.  It's just that I don't need Kodi ... nextpvr.exe does what I need simply and reliably (with help from a couple of plugins).

I am not talking the NextPVR addon, I am talking knewc with UI client which is has pretty much the nextpvr.exe look & feel as in nlite.

Note that that version you linked to does have minor security issues since the library is on your system, not that installing Kodi doesn't with all the addons people install.
