Thats good I see it calling the script

2020-04-01 19:17:29.938 [DEBUG][24] Running: bash -c "/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/opendct.sh 11 \"DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3\" 7824\"

Did you remember to attrib+x on the script for all users?

If so do you have the Ceton log?

It isn't getting anything from NextPVR.

Do you see anything if you run

bash -c "/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/opendct.sh 2 \"DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3\" 7824" >/dev/null

how about

/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/opendct.sh 2 "DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3" 7824 >/dev/null

playing around with previous instructions in this thread from page 1 and 2 this command produces a 20 second or so vid and at the command line looks like this

root@livetv:/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts# python3 opendcttext.py "START" "DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3" 32 /tmp/myfile.ts
START DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3|32|12345678|/tmp/myfile.ts|Great
OK

Exit

that py file is just opendct.sh renamed to move it from the path. It was just the old copy that you had me replace earlier. Both copies seem to work the same

root@livetv:/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts# python3 opendct.py "START" "DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3" 29 /tmp/myfile1.ts
START DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3|29|12345678|/tmp/myfile1.ts|Great
OK

Exit

when I made the changes you wanted it choked and outputed to this

root@livetv:/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts# /var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/opendct.sh 2 "DCT-Ceton InfiniTV PCIe (00-80-0d-5a) Tuner 3" 7824 >/dev/null
/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/opendct.sh: line 1: START: command not found
root@livetv:/var/opt/nextpvr/scripts#
