For me yes. I would assume if ctrl-f5 works and I don't have to enter a password it is something else.

I just checked yet again and my browser allows cookies. (Edge)
I also turned of clear cookies in Firefox and tried that but the web page still does not remember me but ctrl f5 works to get the login page... Maybe it's just a bug in the new program that needs a fix?? Bob

After a lot of messing about I found the solution to this problem at least in Microsoft Edge Browser
I went to Settings/Site permissions / Cookies and site data Made sure "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" was switched on The scrolled down to Allow and Added " http://localhost:8867" A restart later and everything seems to be OK. Thanks for the help and advice Bob

I've made some changes on this front for the next release, which helps with some of the aspects described in this thread.
